This month we publish publicly our first output from this year’s project – a selection of snapshots in English, Chinese, and French. The Chinese writers workshops started first, followed by the French writers and now English ones.
Here are some of the first Chinese snapshots to whet your appetite.
(translation from Chinese) My name is Anthony. I’m from Germany. Twenty-five years ago, when I was dating my wife, we corresponded through letters. There were no mobile phones then. I feel being able to wait is happiness.
(translation from Chinese) My name is Xiao Jie. When I was in middle school, I was secretly in love with a boy from the class. Later he became my husband. I think my romantic life is a bit drab.
